4/09/09 - singpost is looking for the parcel now and they will confirm me the status of the item by next mon.
8/09/09 - Singpost called to say that parcel is lost
9/09/09 - Claim form submitted to singpost, have to wait for their reply b4 i can start refunding

Singpost is still processing my claim
i can't do anything before they giv me my claim i can only hope that all spree-ers can be patient
and i will repeat again i will not entertain calls/sms from unknown numbers or not my friends because i think that i should have my own personal time. i will try my best to reply all of ur emails but now my computer is down i nd time to reply emails frm my handphone.

reply from singpost,
"We would like to inform you that we are pending response from Taiwan Post on the consignment note and authorization to proceed with the compensation settlement here in Singapore. Usually, the compensation process here would take 2 weeks to complete if everything is in order."

singpost just replied me saying that the taiwan side juz confirmed the consignment note and the claim will take about 2weeks to be done in singapore.

29/10/09 - singpost said that cheque will most prob be ready on 6 nov 2009

10/11/09 - cheque received by mail , will bank in tmr n refunds made on fri
