"We would like to inform you that we are pending response from Taiwan Post on the consignment note and authorization to proceed with the compensation settlement here in Singapore. Usually, the compensation process here would take 2 weeks to complete if everything is in order."

singpost just replied me saying that the taiwan side juz confirmed the consignment note and the claim will take about 2weeks to be done in singapore.

29/10/09 - singpost said that cheque will most prob be ready on 6 nov 2009
